Lenville Ball

Keep Your Mighty Hand On Me
Let's Have A Hallelujah Meeting
One Day At A Time
With Leville Ball
Rite Records Studio - Cincinnati, Ohio
Sides #38545 & 38546

From the back cover: Since August of 1976, I have been a featured singer on the Renfro Valley Jamboree, at the New Red Barn in Renfro Valley, Kentucky. Glenn Pennington, part owner of Renfro Valley Folks, Inc., and responsible for the Jamboree, had long believed that Gospel Singing would be an attractive Saturday afternoon feature at Renfro Valley, and that Lenville was the man to head up such a program. So arrangements were made to begin the annual summer series of afternoon singings, starting on the first Saturday in May which was May 7, 1977, 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and will run through October each year.

The notes also refer to Ball playing The Annual Sorgum Festival in his hometown of West Liberty, Ky.

There are no photographs to share from the back cover.

Session musicians include: Dan Burton - keyboards, Kenny Bobinger - percussion, Gary Smith - lead guitar, Chuck Rich - steel guitar and Dennis Herrell - bass guitar.
