This blog features the many gospel albums I find. 90% of the records featured here were created by local Cincinnati, Ohio area artists (on Jewel, Rite and Queen City record labels among others). Here you will find the Good, Bad & Ugly but never The Lackluster! If there are copyright issues or a problem with any post, just contact me and I will make corrections. I'm here to have fun and hope you will share in my process of discovery!

The Gospel Journeymen's home church was Sharon Baptist Church in Sharonville, Ohio. I grew up in this church and we all loved to hear them (Tookie Wilson, Jim Bradley, Stan Poe and Cordell Eldridge) sing. Linda Poe taught me how to play piano.
