This blog features the many gospel albums I find. 90% of the records featured here were created by local Cincinnati, Ohio area artists (on Jewel, Rite and Queen City record labels among others). Here you will find the Good, Bad & Ugly but never The Lackluster! If there are copyright issues or a problem with any post, just contact me and I will make corrections. I'm here to have fun and hope you will share in my process of discovery!

Cindy And Suzie
Songs For Little Folks
Benson Sound Studio
Believe it or not I remember having this album when I was a kid and singing one of their songs in a pageant. I don't recall the name of the song, but it some of the lyrics were "There are two ways you can wear a smile, just listen it will be worth while, now you can wear a smile all upside down, but don't be surprised if it looks like a frown" (yes I remember all the lyrics....40+ years later.
